Just migrated 5 VMs from the old TrueNAS box to a new Proxmox cluster running on two Intel N100 mini PCs. The performance leap is noticeable, and the idle power draw is incredible (~12W for both nodes). Writing up a tutorial on the migration process soon.
Note to self: PETG warps more than expected on large flat surfaces if the bed adhesion isn't perfect. The V1 outdoor enclosure for the LoRa node failed at 80%. Going to try adding mouse ears and an enclosure for the printer before attempting V2.
Took the new Heltec V3 ESP32 board for a walk. Managed to get a solid connection to my gateway from 3km away through mild urban clutter using a simple dipole antenna. This is going to be perfect for the remote soil moisture sensors.
